Brightwater Treatment Plant
Description
Brightwater is a unique facility that treats millions of gallons of wastewater per day from Seattle-area homes and businesses. As part of the LCS team, I created outdoor graphics to complement interpretive tours of the plant and nearby walking paths. They feature simplified illustrations and diagrams explaining the water cycle, each step in the treatment process, and conservation examples. The aim was to positively change people’s perceptions and help protect the health of people and the environment.
